Flex Fitness Rolleston

Flex Fitness Rolleston fit-out was integrated with the wider base build contract delivered by Armitage Williams Construction. The integrated approach allowed AWI & AWC the ability to lay in slab drainage and first fix services prior to concrete floors being poured and linings going on the walls and ceiling. This eliminated rework, demolition, and material wastage, greatly assisted the delivery programme.

AWI worked closely with the tenant and separate contractors to ensure a seamless delivery of the 884m2 gym facility.

The well-known impactful Flex Fitness brand conveys blacked out interior finishes, while contrasting plants/greenery to add a natural touch. A high-end tiled bathroom with LED mirrors and juice bar are just a few of the many esteemed features.
